Construction Update #30 – September 1, 2023

Wrapping up August was exciting with the removal of our tower crane. As we enter September, we are moving forward with level 6 & 8 outdoor amenities. All waterproofing, planters, basketball court and metal panel work are underway. Next, focusing on the interior fit out, the suite finishes are up to level 21 with elevators expected to be turned over in October. Curtain wall and exterior window wall is nearing completion on ground floor and the Mechanical Penthouse.
