August brings new activities to 55 Mercer, now with roofing activities on the amenity levels and flood testing almost complete. Planters are underway on level 6 & 8 that will be part of the future amenity spaces. Interior works ongoing with drywall, tile, and finishes throughout. Metal panel will be installed around soffits, columns and façade features to fully detail the building with cladding.
